The FIFA World Cup 2022 Main information
The group stage starts on November 20th and ends on December 2nd. In total, 32 teams will participate in the group stage, divided into eight groups.
The following teams will compete to advance from their groups:
- Group A – Qatar, Ecuador, Senegal, Netherlands. The games will start on 20 November and end on 29 November.
- Group B – England, Iran, USA, Wales. The games will start on 21 November and end on 29 November.
- Group C – Argentina, Saud Arabia, Mexico, Poland. The games will start on 22 November and end on 30 November.
- Group D – France, Australia, Denmark, Tunisia. The games will start on 22 November and end on 30 November.
- Group E – Spain, Costa Rica, Germany, Japan. The games will start on 23 November and end on 1 December.
- Group F – Belgium, Canada, Morocco, Croatia. The games will start on 23 November and end on 1 December.
- Group G – Brazil, Serbia, Switzerland, Cameroon. The games will start on 24 November and end on 2 December.
- Group H – Portugal, Ghana, Uruguay, South Korea. The games will start on 24 November and end on 2 December.
16 teams will advance to the playoffs. Playoffs will start on December 3, and the final match of the FIFA Football World Cup 2022 will be held on December 18 and start at 18:00.
